2. QUANTITATIVE GUIDELINES
   
   
• RTC (Regional Training Centre) Application fee of 3 Lacs INR
• Commitment to operate for the next 3 years
• Choice of RTC Location
• Infrastructure to operate as RTC
• 1200 - 1500 sq ft. of own or rental space
• Centre to be made functional according to MIE guidelines
• Revenue sharing of Gross revenues annually


3. OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES
   
   
• Franchise Partner Associate to open the centre within the committed timeline ( 30 days ) to the corporate.


4. FINANCIAL GUIDELINES
   
   
• In such cases, where the Franchise Partner Associate chooses to disengage and not proceed with the RTC process, the Company strictly follows a 'no refund' policy. The Company subsequently, reserves the right to pursue alternate Franchise Partner Associates or open its own RTC.
